By placing an order from my shop, you are agreeing to my policies.

All items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated. Please allow three business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. If you have selected a preorder or made to order item - delivery estimates are provided at the time of purchase, and may be updated do to unforeseen circumstances. All updates will be communicated via email. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Tracking numbers are provided by email at time of shipment. Please allow time for the shipment status to display after receiving tracking numbers.
MoMurray is not liable for lost or stolen packages. MoMurray will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges if the packages are returned due to customer absence, customer errors in address or package refusal. MoMurray will not be responsible for any address corrections sent after the order has been placed.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
MoMurray is not responsible for damages caused to products through use.
Waxed canvas is easy to maintain and gets better with age! Items should be cleaned with a soft brush or damp cloth. It is important to never use a washing machine or dry clean.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Each item is carefully handmade and inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with your purchase - please contact me immediately. If a refund is approved - the return must be postmarked within 14 business days of the original shipping date. Please let me know if you have any questions before you order: morgan@momurray.com
Please note: All returns must be approved. MoMurray is not responsible for reimbursement of shipping charges. If a refund is approved - you may receive either store credit or 10% less refund.
If you believe your item is damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with a photograph of the damage. Some marks to waxed canvas may be from the production process or nature of the material and are not considered damage. Leather is a natural material and may show variation in color as well as marks, scars and wrinkles from the life of the animal.
